First couple (lead) right and you circle four hands `round
Go on the next and you circle six hands `round.
Go on to the last and you circle eight hands `round.

Swing your partner `round, then Promenade around the ring,
Promenade that ring, everybody sing,
There'll be a hot time in the old town tonight.
Dance description:
Couple #1 will lead to the right and circle left once around.
Gent one drops hands with Lady #2 and brings Couple #3 into a circle of six.
That group circles once around and Gent #1 lets go of Lady #3 and brings Couple #4 into the group.
Once the circle of eight is formed, the dance is basic choreography.
